                              RESOLUTION NO. 21808
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND ACCEPTING A GRANT
                 FROM THE TENNESSEE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
                 (THDA) IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT
                 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($168,000.00) FOR CREATING,
                 MAINTAINING OR MAKING MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
                 TO LOW AND VERY LOW INCOME PERSONS.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
and
       accepted a grant from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency
       (THDA) in the amount of $168,000.00 for creating, maintaining or
       making more affordable housing to low and very low income 
persons.
